In addition to employing themselves, these entrepreneurs create jobs and provide employment opportunities in rural communities where they operate. To ensure sustainability for these businesses, the Institute engages CBOs, FBOs, development unions, the traditional authority, local and state governments to advocate for structural changes in community governance.
